The 159 is the successor of the 156 and the predecessor of the 2016 Giulia and was offered both in the Coupe version and in the Sportwagon version (in the photo). Just like the BMW 3 Series, the Mercedes C-Class, the Audi A4, the Lexus IS and many other cars in the same sector, it is offered as a medium-high level sedan, and with an easily recognizable design thanks to the brand new headlights. The weight is quite high: 1660kg, but this is compensated by an excellent aerodynamic coefficient of 0.32 (in this sector only the C-Class beats it, which has a score of 0.29). In the 2008 restyling, it lost 45 kg and the Electronic Q2 system, which reduces understeer, was introduced. It was produced from 2005 to 2011 and was presented together with the Brera.
