The Formentor is the first car created entirely by Cupra, which in 2020 becomes an independent brand after having been a sub-category of Seat for many years. The Spanish brand wanted to give this medium-sized SUV (4,45 x 1,84 meters) a daring and futuristic design, a bit like Lexus with the NX: details such as the four matt black exhausts and the integrated spoiler give great sportiness to the vehicle. The floor of the Formentor, named MQB Evo, is the same as the Seat Leon IV. Inside, the driver can benefit from a 10-inch virtual cockpit, while the central touch screen for multimedia has thin edges and a 12-inch diagonal. The available engines are petrol (150 or 310HP) or hybrid (245HP). The latter can travel 50 kilometers in Full Electric mode. Contrary to what one might think, the Formentor has a very competitive launch price.
