Launched in 2019, both the F8 Tributo and Spider come with the same engine, similar performance, and almost unchanged general mechanics. The beating heart of this car is a 720HP motor that features titanium connecting rods derived from Formula 1 cars and is considered one of the most powerful and best-sounding V8 engines ever created. The dual-clutch gearbox is automatic and the Brembo brakes are in carbon-ceramic, which, in addition to braking with impressive results, weigh half that of cast iron ones. Compared to the previous models (the 488 GTB and 488 GTB Spider) the Tributo and Spider both weigh 20kg less, for a total of 1435kg for the first one and 1400kg for the second one. Like all Ferraris worthy of their legendary name, the also aerodynamic profile is very well engineered. However, this car is extremely expensive: for 45,000€ less it is possible to get a Lamborghini Huracan EVO / EVO Spyder, which offers very similar technical specifications, even if the engine is slightly less powerful and the car is heavier. Another worthy opponent for this car is the 265.000€ McLaren 720S.
