The 7th gen. Ford Fiesta was born in 2017 to remain similar to the previous generation, which achieved excellent commercial results but is more suited to modern times. This small car (4.04 meters in length) is available in Plus, Titanium, Active, Vignale, and ST-Line versions, all with 3 or 5 doors. The trunk has a maximum capacity of 303 liters. The structure of the Fiesta MK7 is almost identical to before, but now resistant enough to obtain a five-star rating in the Euro NCAP crash tests, a truly exceptional result for a city car. The interior finishes have a quality similar to that of some competitors such as the Renault Clio and the Mazda 2, while its design is quite trivial, but its customization possibilities are many. The range of engines is interesting, starting from versions with power below 100HP intended for city use up to the gritty special 200HP “ST” version. The prices of the Fiesta MK7 are more advantageous than those of many rivals such as the Volkswagen Polo and Audi A1. In 2019, the Ford Fiesta is permanently discontinued from the American market.
