As a successor to the 107, the Peugeot 108 is an extremely small city vehicle (3.47 x 1.61 meters). Born in 2014, the 108 has design and technologies in step with the times; inside, plastic is the dominant material, and as an option, passengers can take advantage of a practical touch screen display. The primary structure and many components are shared with the entry levels of other brands, more precisely with the Toyota Aygo and the Citroen C1. Initially, the available engines were two: 1.0 VTi 68HP and 1.2 PureTech 82HP. In 2018, both original engines were replaced by a single-engine, a 1.0 72HP. In the same year, Peugeot presented a version with a sunroof under the name of β€œTOP! Cabrio”.
