The cheap and subversive off-road Suzuki Jimny receives a substantial update in 2018 with the introduction of its fourth generation. The new aesthetic lines are decidedly more modern and similar to those of a city car. To enhance this feature, Suzuki always displays the Jimny with bright and playful colors in their advertisements. The design is square and not very aerodynamic; many interesting details, such as the iconic round Full LED headlights placed in a hexagonal grille and the rear ones positioned under the large boot lid give personality to the exterior design. The roof, on the other hand, has a gully to let the water flow. Overall, the Jimny IV measures just 3,65 x 1,60 meters. For this reason, if the rear seats are not folded down, the trunk has a capacity of just 85 liters. For the passengers, however, the interiors are spacious and comfortable, but those traveling at the rear cannot open the windows, which are fixed. The dashboard offers a gripping point for the front passenger to give him a foothold when in extreme off-road conditions. The passenger compartment, consisting mainly of raw plastics, indicates great robustness. The instrumentation is rich, and there is also the optional 3D touch screen navigator, which is however a bit laggy. The 102 horsepower ALLGRIP PRO engine gives the Jimny just the right amount of responsiveness and has relatively low fuel consumption. All-wheel drive is easily activated using a special lever located near the gearbox. Given its low price, the Jimny has few rivals.
