The third generation of the Hyundai i30, known as a compact car with high reliability, was also produced in two sports variants: the i30 N and the i30 N Performance. Born in 2017, one year after the introduction of the standard i30, these two cars are based on the same structure and adopt very similar interior and exterior. The N is equipped with a 250HP 2.0 T-GDI engine; the N Performance adopts the same engine, but upgraded to 275HP. The torque of 353NM remains the same on both models. In 2020 the N Performance was boosted to 280HP and 392NM. The i30 N was discontinued the same year, while the production of the i30 N Performance continued. In the data-sheet below there are the technical characteristics of both cars.
