The 4th gen. is the greatest evolutionary step for the Mazda 3: compared to the previous generation, the design, as well as the engines, have been profoundly modified. Despite this, the reference market of this car has not changed: sold both as a Sedan and as a Hatchback, the Mazda 3 BP (this is the code name of the 4th gen.) is proposed from 2019 as an alternative to more popular mid-range cars such as the Peugeot 308, the Ford Focus and the Volkswagen Golf. The dimensions are 4,47 x 1,79 meters, while the luggage compartment capacity is 358 liters. The new design lines are more streamlined, and the completely redesigned Full LED headlights offer an even slimmer design. Inside the car, the infotainment is renewed, but the cockpit, while supporting the “Head-Up Display” technology, remains analog. Among the engines, which have variable power from 116 to 186HP, there is a hybrid variant, the SkyActiv-X, which boasts a negligible fuel consumption and a power of 180HP. The standard gearbox is manual, but an automatic gearbox is available as an option for each version. The Mazda 3 is offered at a very competitive price.
