What is it?

Produced by Peugeot in over 10 million units, the 206 was one of the most loved and successful city cars from 1998 to 2012. It was born as the successor of the equally iconic 205, which at the time was dated both aesthetically and technologically. There are 3 or 5 door versions.

Design

Unlike those of the 205, the lines of the 206 are smooth and consistent from front to back. As it is easy to see, the hood has an unprecedented peculiarity: the presence of two small air intakes positioned at the top left, according to the frontal perspective.

Interior

Inside too, rounded lines stand out, as well as an abundant use of soft and rigid plastics. The habitability is good considering that the car is just under 4 meters long.

Mechanics

The 206 can be equipped with different engines, and there is also a 177HP GTi variant. The 206 also has a fairly strong structure: the Euro NCAP crash tests demonstrate this, in which the 206 obtained 4 out of 5 stars.
